Ladies extra wide fitting (EE) shoe, they have a soft leather upper with double Velcro fastening bars for easy adjustment and these come with extention bars for further fitting. 

The shoe opens to the toe for easy foot access and they have a lightweight sole with built in shock absorbency making them easier on the joints.

The leather insoles are removable to allow for insertion of orthotics or for extra fitting room.
